The library is connected to the vast databases of renowned global publishers, enabling students to search for materials 24/7, including over 2.3 million books and journals (both print and digital); more than 19,000 permanently licensed eBooks from leading global publishers (IG Publishing, Springer, Elsevier…). Access to specialized international databases such as ProQuest Central (with 27,000 full-text documents), Emerald Insight, and notably the FiinPro macroeconomic financial data system exclusively for students in the Economics – Finance sector.

Through the app, students can perform smart attendance using facial recognition or QR codes, while conveniently accessing services at the library and various on-campus facilities.

Additionally, NEU Youth is designed as a “connection hub” for students, supporting transparent and automated management of training scores. All activities related to the Youth Union, volunteering, clubs, or seminars are registered and recorded online, enabling students to monitor their personal development process visually. It also serves as a rapid information channel, continuously updating events, startup competitions, and international exchange programs.

Meanwhile, NEU Reader serves as a gateway to digital knowledge, directly connecting with the University’s library system. The application allows students to access tens of thousands of electronic books (E-books), textbooks, and copyrighted scientific journals anytime, anywhere; it also supports personalized features such as note-taking, content marking, and document storage. The integration of Artificial Intelligence technology optimizes the process of exploring and accessing learning content.

Simultaneously, the entire administrative process at NEU has been fully digitized, replacing traditional methods. The online software system supports students in performing all tasks such as credit registration, tracking academic results, checking class schedules, and making cashless tuition payments directly on personal devices.

The Learning Management System (LMS) is uniformly implemented, providing personalized learning pathways, supporting self-study, group discussions, and scientific online assessments.

Notably, the OneGate public service system has made a significant leap in administrative reform. All procedures such as issuing confirmation letters, transcripts, graduation registration, personal information adjustment, reissuing student cards, or registering for health insurance are processed online, transparently and quickly, eliminating waiting times or the need to move between units.

The implementation of the Automatic Certification Machine (CIM) continues to enhance service quality, allowing students to proactively obtain necessary documents in a short time, contributing to bringing the University’s experience closer to the standards of advanced educational institutions worldwide.

Notably, the automated support mechanism (ticket) integrated into the chatbot allows for the reception and classification of complex requests, forwarding them to the appropriate specialized department for quick processing, contributing to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency across the entire system.
