The President noted that the Party and State’s policy of strengthening links between higher education institutions, the labor market and businesses has been clearly expressed in numerous resolutions and education and training development strategies. Today’s program is a concrete example of putting that policy into practice, with “University – Business – Society” working together to improve the quality of human resources.

NEU, one of the country’s key, pioneering universities, and MBBank, one of its major banks and a bright spot in the finance and banking sector, both play important roles in their respective fields. Dr. Vu Van Ngoc, Dean of the School of Advanced Education Programs, High-Quality Programs and POHE, speaks at the program

Speaking at the program, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc, Dean of the School of Advanced Education Programs, High-Quality Programs and POHE, congratulated the School’s more than 500 students and shared career guidance in the context of globalization and digital transformation.

According to Dr. Vu Van Ngoc, globalization and digital transformation are rapidly changing the labor market. Many traditional occupations may disappear, but many new ones will also emerge, requiring students to take a proactive approach to career planning, understand their own capabilities and persist in pursuing their goals. “Do not wait for opportunities to come; prepare yourselves so that when opportunity knocks, you are ready.”

With the advantage of studying in a modern, internationally integrated environment, the School’s students have many opportunities for development: access to advanced programs, learning with experienced lecturers, international exchanges and internships at reputable businesses. These constitute a “passport” to confident integration and global competition. However, opportunities only become truly valuable when they are seized and translated into achievements.

Dr. Vu Van Ngoc said that the opportunity to study at the School, together with practical experiences such as the internship program at MBBank, provides an important stepping stone for students to accumulate knowledge, develop skills and prove themselves. He also expressed confidence that today’s younger generation would become a high-quality workforce, contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development in the future.

In the next presentation, Dang Bao Ngoc, Full-Time Lecturer at MBBank’s Learning and Innovation Center, offered students a range of practical perspectives on careers in banking, while encouraging them to explore boldly, embrace challenges and persist in pursuing their goals.

The program not only launched cooperation between NEU and MBBank but also served to inspire students on their career journeys. In the spirit of “Explore – Be Extraordinary – Make Your Mark,” young people were encouraged to move forward with passion, dedication and confidence, ready to turn today’s questions of “Why?” into a journey of advancement to become shining “Stars” in the future.
