On behalf of the University leadership, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho extended his best wishes to generations of the University’s Youth Union officials, members and young people. He also recognized and commended the recent achievements of Youth Union organizations at all levels and their contributions to the overall development of NEU.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho emphasized that the country is entering a new era—the era of the nation’s rise—and that the Party and the State are focusing on restructuring the political system’s organizational apparatus to make it “streamlined, compact, strong, high-performing, effective and efficient.” In this context, NEU’s young people must remain steadfast in their revolutionary goals and ideals, continue to uphold their pioneering and volunteer spirit, and take the lead in all assigned tasks.

Assoc.
