Speaking at the meeting, Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chair of the Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized that Ha Nam has considerable potential and advantages for industrial development, a strong growth rate and continued progress in attracting investment. The province’s Nam Cao University Zone has already attracted numerous investment projects for training facilities of universities and major hospitals across the country. Ha Nam aims to become a center for university education in the future and a national center for high-quality medical services.

Ha Nam expressed its hope that the delegation would consider, study and choose to invest in the project to build NEU’s Branch Campus 2 in the province. It also affirmed that, during the investment process, the Provincial People’s Committee would direct provincial departments, agencies and local authorities to proactively coordinate with the University to resolve difficulties and obstacles so that the project could proceed on schedule.
