Under the regulations, 15 days after the results are announced, if there are no complaints or reports of concerns, the Chair of the State Professorial Council will sign a Decision granting recognition and issue certificates confirming that the candidates meet the standards.

The number of candidates officially recognized remains unchanged from the list of candidates announced after the fourth meeting of the State Professorial Council on November 2. Thus, compared with 2024, the number of candidates recognized as meeting the standards for professor and associate professor titles has increased sharply this year.

According to a report by the Office of the State Professorial Council, in 2025, 1,073 candidates submitted applications to Institutional Professorial Councils for assessment and recognition as meeting the standards for the titles of professor and associate professor. Subsequently, 1,014 candidates were recommended for assessment and recognition by 28 disciplinary and interdisciplinary professorial councils.

The disciplinary and interdisciplinary professorial councils held further assessment meetings and recommended 911 candidates, including 73 candidates for professor and 838 candidates for associate professor, to the State Professorial Council for consideration for recognition.

In the final round, 900 candidates received the required number of votes of confidence.
