On the afternoon of July 9, within the framework of the mid-year review conference and the implementation of tasks for the second half of 2026, the Ministry of Education and Training announced personnel decisions regarding the leadership of higher education institutions under the Ministry. At the conference, the Minister of Education and Training presented the appointment decisions to Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh as Vice Presidents of the National Economics University.

Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh are scientists and educators who have been associated with the National Economics University for many years, with experience in teaching, research, and management. Their appointment as Vice Presidents adds significant resources to the leadership team, meeting the university’s development needs in the new phase.

Along with Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh, during this announcement, the Ministry of Education and Training announced appointment and reappointment decisions for 24 individuals across 13 units under the Ministry.
