Reflecting on the philanthropic activities of Cohort 39, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu shared his impressions of the educational facilities that alumni have collaborated to construct in underprivileged areas. Having personally witnessed one of these initiatives, the Vice President of the University highly values the practical benefits these projects bring to local residents and students. Accordingly, the connection among generations of alumni has transcended mere meetings and interactions to become tangible contributions to society.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu also emphasized that, in addition to alleviating students’ financial difficulties, scholarships serve as recognition of their academic efforts and provide invaluable moral support. For each student, the care and encouragement from the University and preceding generations can become a memorable experience, instilling confidence on their journey to maturity.
