Prof. Dr. Vu Thanh Huong, Vice Dean in charge of the Institute of Postgraduate Education. Representing the class committee of the 14th Senior Executive Class for the State Sector were Dinh Quang Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial People’s Committee; Vu Tien Tiep, Director of the Ha Nam Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Trung, Head of the Military Personnel Department, 12th Corps; and Nguyen Anh Tuan, a master’s student in the 13th Senior Executive Class and General Director of Vietnam Construction Bank. They were joined by NEU faculty and staff and learners in the 14th Class for the State Sector.

At the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board, the NEU delegation met and exchanged views with leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Guard Command and watched the documentary “The Final Moments of President Ho Chi Minh’s Life.” Major General Pham Hai Trung, Head of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board, spoke to the delegation about the mission of ensuring the long-term preservation and absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh’s remains, as well as visitor reception and public information work at the mausoleum over the years. At the meeting, Major General Pham Hai Trung also presented Ho Chi Minh badges to members of the delegation.
