Career Opportunities

South Korea is Vietnam’s largest foreign partner. Nearly 9,000 South Korean businesses currently invest in Vietnam, including major corporations such as Samsung, LG, Lotte and Hyundai. Graduates can work in the following roles:

Business: Business development, assistant to the director, executive assistant, sales, strategy, business culture, project management, business analysis…

Production: Quality management, production scheduling, logistics…

Marketing: Advertising, KOL/KOC management, event organization…

Human resources: Human resources administration, personnel organization, training specialist…

Graduates can also work in accounting, banking, finance and other fields.

Researchers and lecturers in business administration…

Starting their own businesses.

Broad and diverse employment opportunities across multiple fields; graduates are the number one choice for South Korean and Vietnamese employers.

In South Korea: South Korea currently faces a labor shortage, so the South Korean Government has relatively open rules on part-time work for international students, as well as policies encouraging them to stay and work. This therefore presents a major opportunity for students after graduation.

In Vietnam: In Vietnam, many companies with 100% South Korean ownership and joint ventures with South Korean partners are eager to recruit high-quality personnel who are proficient in Korean. Graduates have a strong chance of being recruited by these companies because they have relevant expertise, understand the culture, are familiar with working styles in South Korea, and are proficient in two foreign languages: English and Korean. Holding a South Korean visa also offers significant advantages for travel between countries, which is very useful for international business trips and future career advancement.
