On April 4, 2025, a delegation from National Economics University (NEU), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chair of the University Council, visited and met with the Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee to discuss opportunities for cooperation in training and developing high-quality human resources.

Welcoming the NEU delegation on behalf of the Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee were Nguyen Tuan Anh, Chair of the Provincial People’s Committee; Vu Thi Hien Hanh, Vice Chair of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of the Office of the People’s Committee; and directors of departments including Home Affairs, Science and Technology, and Finance.

Also joining the NEU delegation were MSc. In an open and constructive atmosphere, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chair of the NEU University Council, expressed his deep gratitude to Yen Bai provincial leaders for their warm welcome and meaningful cooperation proposals. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho expressed his hope that cooperation between the two sides would not only address immediate human resource needs but also contribute to the province’s socioeconomic development.
