Graduates of part-time programs are expected to perform well in businesses, research organizations and organizations responsible for general economic management, demonstrating political integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement.

“The University always recognizes the challenges learners face—from work and family responsibilities to time constraints—and will provide all possible support to help learners complete their programs. However, to succeed, each learner must have the right motivation to study, strong determination and the resolve to overcome difficulties, learning to develop professional expertise, establish themselves and build their careers,” affirmed Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh also noted that the Faculty of In-service Education, in coordination with the Hai Duong Provincial Center for Continuing Education, Foreign Languages and Information Technology, had clearly communicated the curriculum, the educational plan for the entire course, academic regulations and other information to students. Effective learning methods for the part-time mode were also shared to help learners adapt better to the program.

Addressing the new graduates, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh expressed his hope that they would maintain their commitment to learning and continue striving in their work and lives. “Today’s success is the starting point for new journeys. I hope that every piece of knowledge you have gained at this University will be a valuable asset, helping you move forward with greater confidence as you develop your careers and contribute to society.”
