Objectives of Legal Dissemination and Education in the Education Sector in 2024

+ Conclusion 80-KL/TW dated June 20, 2020, of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 32-CT/TW dated December 9, 2003, of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership in legal dissemination and education and raising awareness of legal compliance among officials and the public;

+ Decision 1521/QĐ-TTg dated October 6, 2020, of the Prime Minister, promulgating the Plan for Implementing Conclusion 80-KL/TW;

+ The 2012 Law on Legal Dissemination and Education and its implementing documents;

+ Decisions of the Prime Minister approving legal dissemination and education projects.

– Ensure that legal dissemination and education efforts are substantive and closely aligned with the content and requirements for renewing this work under current conditions, consistent with the spirit of the documents of the 13th National Party Congress and the Secretariat’s documents on legal dissemination and education;

Closely follow the education sector’s key tasks for 2024, focusing on communicating and disseminating newly issued legal provisions relating to state management of education and training;

Legal dissemination and education activities should aim to help foster respect for the Constitution and the law, both in awareness and in daily life, among officials, civil servants, public employees, educators, workers, and learners throughout the sector.

– Diversify forms of legal dissemination and education in schools, agencies, and units in the education sector;

Promote the use of information technology in close conjunction with digital transformation activities, and develop an information system for legal dissemination and education;

Integrate legal dissemination and education activities into campaigns, extracurricular activities, and major emulation movements in the sector in 2024;

Improve the effectiveness of coordination, ensuring that activities are connected and integrated.
