As part of the field study activities for master’s students in the Executive – MBA academic program at National Economics University (NEU), on the afternoon of October 25, 2024, master’s students from Executive – MBA cohorts 12 and 13 visited Tien Phong Youth Plastics Joint Stock Company and AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company for consultations and field surveys, and organized a seminar on “Corporate Management in the New Context.”

At the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong, Vice President of NEU, thanked the leadership of Tien Phong Youth Plastics Joint Stock Company and AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company for enabling the University’s Executive – MBA master’s students to visit, study, and conduct research directly at the companies.

The Vice President spoke highly of the current strategies and development of Tien Phong Youth Plastics Joint Stock Company and AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company. He also expressed his hope that the companies’ leadership would support the University’s master’s students by providing consultations on relevant issues so they could complete their field assignments.

Speaking at the seminar, Chu Van Phuong, General Director of Tien Phong Youth Plastics Joint Stock Company, said that, guided by the motto “Innovation and Sustainable Development,” the company’s leadership has always regarded human resource development as a key business development strategy, alongside investment in new, modern technology. Tien Phong Plastics always prioritizes training and improving the professional knowledge and skills of its staff and workers in science, technology, and other fields.

The General Director of Tien Phong Youth Plastics Joint Stock Company also discussed in detail the lessons and experiences gained from transitioning to a joint stock company model and manufacturing plastic pipes and fittings to meet market demand beginning in the 1990s. Since then, PVC, PEHD, and PPR plastic pipe products bearing the Tien Phong Plastics brand have become symbols of quality in clean water supply and wastewater drainage for residential needs and use in construction, industry, agriculture, and other sectors—not only in Vietnam but also in overseas markets such as Laos, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
