The E-PMP program was developed based on academic programs at advanced, world-leading universities to further NEU’s mission of providing learners with high-quality education that has an established brand and reputation and meets regional and global standards. Learners receive knowledge and skills in public management, the management of public organizations, and policy analysis, with English used as the language of learning and instruction.

During their studies, in addition to general knowledge of politics, economics, and society, as well as knowledge of management, public management, public policy, and other areas of the discipline, students receive training in skills such as planning, policy analysis, and oral and other forms of communication. They also develop essential soft skills, including self-management, presentation, teamwork, situational analysis and problem-solving, CV writing and interview skills, and critical thinking. This helps them develop autonomy and personal accountability, maintain a serious commitment to learning, acquire new knowledge, remain receptive to feedback, and cooperate at work, while adhering to ethical principles and the law to become socially responsible global citizens.

Students gain extensive practical experience through visits, observation placements, and internships at strategic partner organizations of the Faculty and the University. After graduating from the E-PMP program, students have many opportunities to receive exchange scholarships and master’s scholarships abroad thanks to the program’s high degree of international transferability.
