Pursuant to Article 17 of Decision No. 37\/2018\/Q\u0110-TTg dated August 31, 2018, of the Prime Minister, prescribing the standards and procedures for recognition of eligibility for and appointment to the titles of professor and associate professor, and the procedures for revoking recognition of and removing individuals from the titles of professor and associate professor (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 37\/2018\/Q\u0110-TTg);<\/p>\n

Under Official Letter No. 37\/H\u0110GSNN dated April 1, 2024, of the State Professorial Council (H\u0110GSNN), announcing the 2024 schedule for reviewing eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor.<\/p>\n

To provide a basis for the Scientific and Training Council to recommend to the President a list of candidates for membership of the Institutional Professorial Council in 2024, the University requests that units notify their full-time lecturers who hold the title of professor or associate professor and wish to serve on the Institutional Professorial Council to declare their scientific research results published in reputable international scientific journals or by reputable publishers during the five-year period from April 2019 to April 2024 (using the attached form). These declarations must be submitted to the Department of Personnel and Organization before 4:00 p.m. on April 22, 2024 (through MSc. Dang Thi Hai Anh, officer of the Department of Personnel and Organization, telephone: 0942.004.008), for compilation and reporting to the President.<\/p>\n
