\n Date, time and venue<\/strong><\/td>\n Activities<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n June 1\u201315, 2022<\/td>\n – Training on assessing eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor in 2022\n– Venue: As announced by the Office of the State Professorial Council<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n June 30, 2022<\/td>\n – Deadline for applicants to submit applications for recognition of eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor in 2022 to the Institutional Professorial Council\n– Deadline for applicants to upload their registration forms for assessment of eligibility for the titles to the State Professorial Council\u2019s website<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n July 1\u201315, 2022<\/td>\n – Assign reviewers to assess applicants\u2019 dossiers\n– Council members complete their assessments of applicants\u2019 dossiers<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, <\/strong>in Room B, fifth floor, Building A1<\/td>\n The Council\u2019s first plenary meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong>\n– Discuss each applicant\u2019s dossier.\n– Vote to approve the list of eligible applicants to be invited to present their overview reports and undergo foreign language proficiency assessments.\n– Council members submit assessment forms and summary profiles to the Secretariat for compilation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Conference Room G, Building A1<\/td>\n The Council\u2019s second plenary meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong>\n– The Council hears and evaluates applicants\u2019 scientific overview reports and assesses their foreign language proficiency in alphabetical order, with applicants for the title of professor presenting first.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Conference Room G, Building A1<\/td>\n The Council\u2019s third plenary meeting<\/strong>:<\/strong>\n– Give final approval to the list of applicants who meet the standards and conditions to be put forward for a vote of confidence.\n– The Council conducts a vote of confidence.\n– Approve the meeting minutes.\n– Review the 2022 assessment round for eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor.\n– Post the results of the vote of confidence.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n August 1\u201315, 2022<\/td>\n – The support team finalizes the dossiers and submits them to the Office of the State Professorial Council<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n \n\n
