On June 22, 2026, the Minister of Education and Training signed the decisions to appoint two Vice Presidents of the National Economics University.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

According to Decision No. 1766\/QD-BGDDT, the Minister of Education and Training appointed Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh, Head of the Scientific Management Department, to the position of Vice President of the National Economics University, with a term of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n

According to Decision No. 1768\/QD-BGDDT, the Minister of Education and Training appointed Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh, Director of the Institute of Accounting and Auditing, to the position of Vice President of the National Economics University, with a term of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n

The appointment of Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh to the position of Vice President of the National Economics University not only acknowledges their contributions, expertise, and professional reputation but also contributes to the completion of the University’s leadership structure according to the university model, meeting the requirements for governance innovation, enhancing the quality of education, academic research, digital transformation, and international integration.<\/p>\n\n

Congratulations to Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh on their new roles. We believe that with their experience, dedication, and management capabilities, they will continue to play a leading role, alongside the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and all staff, faculty members, and students, in further developing the National Economics University, maintaining its position as one of Vietnam’s leading higher education institutions, and gradually reaching regional and international levels.<\/p>\n\n

Thus, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duc Tho \u2013 Party Secretary, President of the University, the Board of Directors of the National Economics University currently includes Vice Presidents: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu, Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh, and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Anh. The consolidation of the leadership team continues to enhance the organizational structure, laying the foundation for the National Economics University to effectively implement strategic objectives in the new development phase.<\/p>\n\n

With a strengthened leadership team, the National Economics University (NEU) will continue to advance university governance reforms, enhance the quality of academic programs, academic research, digital transformation, innovation, and international integration; while striving to achieve the goal of becoming a key national university with regional prestige, gradually moving towards the top 100 universities in Asia.<\/p>\n\n
