Academic Program and Degree<\/p>\n – A modern, up-to-date academic program comparable to advanced Executive MBA programs worldwide, suited to Vietnam’s context and highly practical.<\/p>\n – Learning combines theoretical instruction and practice through group activities and seminars with international experts, senior managers, and leading Vietnamese entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n – Master’s students gain experience in addressing real-world executive management issues at enterprises and in localities in Vietnam and abroad.<\/p>\n – Modern learning facilities and equipment are provided. Master’s students receive all materials before each course, as well as lunch and refreshments during breaks on class days, to increase opportunities to discuss lessons, share experience, and network.<\/p>\n – The program lasts two years and comprises 14 courses, two classroom-based thematic modules, two field-based thematic modules, and a graduation project.<\/p>\n – The academic program is delivered in Vietnamese.<\/p>\n – The Executive MBA degree is awarded by NEU in accordance with Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) regulations and allows graduates to pursue doctoral studies.<\/p>\n 3. Admissions Quota: An anticipated 150 master’s students across two programs<\/p>\n – The Executive MBA academic program for business leaders, in the field of Business Administration.<\/p>\n – The Executive MBA academic program for leaders of state agencies and organizations, in the field of Economic Management.<\/p>\n 4. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n – Applicants must have two years of management experience.<\/p>\n – Applicants holding a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in economics, business administration, or management may apply without taking supplementary courses;<\/p>\n – Applicants holding degrees in fields other than those listed above must complete five supplementary courses before the admissions examination: (1) Economics; (2) Business Administration; (3) Management; (4) Development Economics; (5) Financial and Monetary Theory.<\/p>\n – Foreign language requirement: Applicants must hold a certificate at Level 3 or above under the six-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam. Accepted foreign languages are English, Russian, French, German, Chinese, and Japanese.<\/p>\n 5. Admissions Assessment Method and Admission Requirements<\/p>\n The admissions assessment consists of the following two parts:<\/em><\/p>\n – Part 1: Review of the applicant’s academic, professional, and management records based on the following criteria: positions held; professional and management experience; educational background; and personal qualities and capabilities.<\/p>\n – Part 2: An interview to assess motivation and ability to complete the program, and to test knowledge and experience in handling management situations.<\/p>\n Admission Requirements:<\/em><\/p>\n – Applicants must meet the foreign language requirement stated above.<\/p>\n – Applicants must score at least 50% of the available points in each part.<\/p>\n – Admission is based on the combined scores for Part 1 and Part 2, ranked from highest to lowest.<\/p>\n 6.
