Pursuant to Decision No. 37\/2018\/Q\u0110-TTg dated August 31, 2018, of the Prime Minister prescribing standards and procedures for recognizing eligibility for and appointing individuals to the titles of professor and associate professor, and procedures for revoking recognition of and removing individuals from the titles of professor and associate professor (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 37\/2018\/Q\u0110-TTg);<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the Regulations on Appointment to and Removal from the Titles of Professor and Associate Professor at National Economics University (NEU), issued together with Decision No. 52\/Q\u0110-\u0110HKTQD dated February 3, 2020, of the President of NEU;<\/p>\n

Based on the development directions of the units, the needs for developing fields of study and scientific research, and the University’s human resource development strategy, the President requests that the units identify their needs for appointments to the titles of professor and associate professor in 2025 as follows:<\/p>\n

1. The Faculties\/Institutes of the College of Economics and Public Management, the College of Business, and the College of Technology shall determine the number of professor and associate professor appointments needed based on faculty development needs and the composition of lecturers and learners, and submit their proposals to the Presidents of their respective Colleges for consolidation and reporting to the President of the University;<\/p>\n

2. The leadership teams of the School of Banking and Finance and the School of Accounting and Auditing shall propose the number of professor and associate professor appointments needed and report to the President of the University.<\/p>\n

Written proposals on appointment needs must be submitted to the Department of Personnel and Organization (through MSc. Pham Thi Phuong Thuy, Deputy Head of the Department of Personnel and Organization) before 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025.<\/p>\n
