This is not only an opportunity to review and assess the results achieved during the past term and draw lessons from experience, but also a time to determine directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for 2025–2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolutions of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Organization and the 14th National Party Congress.

Under Official Letter No. 5339-CV/ĐUK dated July 28, 2025, issued by the Party Committee of the Hanoi Universities and Colleges Bloc, the Party Committee of Thuyloi University developed a comprehensive communications plan to raise awareness among all staff, Party members, lecturers, and students of the Congress’s significance and importance.

Objectives of Communications Activities

First and foremost, communications activities aim to foster strong unity in awareness and action throughout the Party Organization and inspire a sense of responsibility and political awareness among every staff member, Party member, lecturer, and student. This is also an opportunity to encourage the desire to contribute, national pride, solidarity, and democracy, helping build enthusiasm for the Congress. In addition, communications about the Congress will provide impetus for patriotic emulation movements, innovation, the application of science and technology, and digital transformation, contributing to the successful fulfillment of the University’s political tasks in 2025 and subsequent years.

Requirements for Implementing Communications Activities

Communications activities must be practical, effective, engaging, comprehensive, and focused on key priorities, suited to actual conditions, and aligned with the political and ideological guidance of the higher-level Party Committee. Their content must be closely linked to the University’s political tasks and must promptly challenge and refute erroneous views and distortions by hostile forces.

Communications Formats and Content

1. On digital platforms
The University’s information portal and website will launch dedicated sections on the Fourth Congress of the Party Organization of Hanoi Universities and Colleges, providing comprehensive updates on preparations, organization, draft documents, and feedback from staff, Party members, lecturers, and students.

Social media platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and VCNET will be used in a coordinated manner to disseminate articles, infographics, and video clips about the Congress. Dedicated fan pages and groups will be established to serve specific audiences, encouraging faculty and staff, students, and KOLs to actively share positive information and generate a strong ripple effect.

2. Oral communications
The University will organize internal conferences, conferences for Party rapporteurs, and thematic sessions within sociopolitical organizations to ensure a thorough understanding of the Congress’s content. Academic workshops and seminars will clarify the policies, views, and directions in the draft documents, helping staff, Party members, lecturers, and students understand them thoroughly and apply them in teaching and research.

3. Visual communications and promotion
A welcoming atmosphere for the Congress will be created by displaying Party flags, national flags, display boards, posters, and banners in central areas, lecture halls, and dormitories. Slogans such as “Warmly welcome the Fourth Congress of the Party Organization of Hanoi Universities and Colleges for the 2025–2030 term!” and “Advance digital transformation and innovation for sustainable development!” will be widely displayed to inspire enthusiasm for emulation.

In addition, numerous cultural, arts, physical fitness, and sports activities will be organized to provide beneficial, healthy recreational opportunities, strengthen solidarity throughout the University, and enrich the cultural and spiritual lives of staff, Party members, and students.
