Thirty-three years ago, the Center for Business English (EFL) was established under Decision No. 2053/TCCB dated August 31, 1991, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). The University currently assigns the Center for Business English to coordinate the administration of examinations meeting international standards, including computer-delivered and paper-based IELTS with IDP, on-demand computer-based ACCA examinations, and other foreign language examinations such as VSTEP, which assesses proficiency under the six-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam (VSTEP)…
