Training Session Introducing NEU CyberWork Task Management Software
On the morning of December 4, 2024, National Economics University (NEU) hosted a training session introducing NEU CyberWork task management software, aimed at digital transformation in task management, digitizing and optimizing document repositories… The software will be adopted at NEU in the coming period.
An overview of the program
Representing Viettel Group at the event were Bui Ba Dat, NEU CyberWork Project Director at Viettel IDC; representatives of unit leadership; and Viettel IDC staff. Representing NEU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu, Vice President; Dr. Le Viet Thuy, Director of the Center for Information Technology Application; leadership representatives from schools, departments, faculties, institutes, and centers; and representatives of units across the University.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu, Vice President, delivers remarks
In his opening remarks at the training session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu, Vice President, thanked Viettel IDC for actively supporting and working alongside NEU from the earliest days of the project’s implementation.
Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Hieu noted that the e-office software currently in use was developed nearly 10 years ago and no longer meets NEU’s needs for flexibility in management and the integration of new technologies. Particularly during this period of “transformation,” alongside the implementation of smart university and digital university models, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Hieu expressed his belief that the NEU CyberWork project, with its integrated digital signatures, would mark a new step in the University’s digital transformation. It will enable all activities and task management processes to be digitized in cyberspace, making task management and execution more efficient and easier.
A Viettel IDC representative introduces and presents an overview of the NEU CyberWork task management software project
NEU CyberWork task management software is a solution for automating workflows, managing tasks, and digitizing and optimizing document repositories, with a simple interface on a single platform. It enables remote use over the internet while meeting practical management needs and requirements for new technologies, connectivity, and strong security.
Once implemented, the task management software project with integrated digital signatures will focus on addressing four key issues that most units may encounter in their management processes: system administration, workflow management, task management, and document repository management. NEU CyberWork enables units using it for task management to digitize all processes and procedures, standardize and manage them rigorously, and track and monitor tasks in greater detail; make adjustments to suit each unit’s activities; and accurately assess the work performance of each department and individual. In addition, NEU CyberWork provides a shared, safe, and secure storage space that allows staff and departments to share and access information easily according to predefined access permissions.
NEU CyberWork task management software operates across multiple platforms and offers two easy-to-use mobile versions for the Android and iOS operating systems, with a user-friendly interface.
