Pursuant to the Regulations on Appointment to and Removal from the Titles of Professor and Associate Professor at National Economics University (NEU), issued together with Decision No. 52/QĐ-ĐHKTQD dated February 3, 2020, of the President of NEU;

Based on the University’s development direction, the needs for developing its fields of study and scientific research, and its human resource development strategy, the President requests that units identify their needs for appointments to professor and associate professor positions in 2024 as follows:

1. Faculties/Institutes shall determine the number of professor and associate professor appointments needed based on their staffing development needs and the composition of their lecturers and learners, and submit these numbers to their unit leadership;

2. The collective leadership of each Faculty/Institute shall agree on and propose the number of professor and associate professor appointments needed and submit the proposal to the University (through MSc. Dang Thi Hai Anh, Officer, Department of Personnel and Organization) before 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2024.
