Due to unexpected work commitments of several Council members, and following a meeting to agree on its work schedule, the Institutional Professorial Council of NEU announces the following changes to its schedule for reviewing applications for recognition of eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor in 2022:

| June 30, 2022 | – Deadline for applicants to submit applications for recognition of eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor in 2022 to the Institutional Professorial Council – Deadline for applicants to upload their registration forms for assessment of eligibility for the titles to the State Professorial Council’s website |
| July 1–15, 2022 | – Assign reviewers to assess applicants’ dossiers – Council members complete their assessments of applicants’ dossiers |
| 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, in Room B, fifth floor, Building A1 | The Council’s first plenary meeting: – Discuss each applicant’s dossier. – Vote to approve the list of eligible applicants to be invited to present their overview reports and undergo foreign language proficiency assessments. – Council members submit assessment forms and summary profiles to the Secretariat for compilation. |
| 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Conference Room G, Building A1 | The Council’s second plenary meeting: – The Council hears and evaluates applicants’ scientific overview reports and assesses their foreign language proficiency in alphabetical order, with applicants for the title of professor presenting first. |
| 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Conference Room G, Building A1 | The Council’s third plenary meeting: – Give final approval to the list of applicants who meet the standards and conditions to be put forward for a vote of confidence. – The Council conducts a vote of confidence. – Approve the meeting minutes. – Review the 2022 assessment round for eligibility for the titles of professor and associate professor. – Post the results of the vote of confidence. |
