To innovate and improve the quality of education and promote academic cooperation, a delegation from National Economics University (NEU), led by Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, President of NEU, visited and signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Tasmania, Australia (UTAS), on March 26–27, 2024, as part of a working visit to Australian universities and education partners.

Representatives of the leadership of NEU and the University of Tasmania sign and exchange the cooperation agreement.
The cooperation agreement marked an important milestone, opening up opportunities for fruitful, lasting cooperation programs between NEU and the University of Tasmania in research and education in agricultural economics and agribusiness, land management, and resource economics.
The agreement focuses on strengthening educational and research cooperation between NEU and the University of Tasmania; academic exchanges between students and lecturers at the two universities; collaboration on joint programs and student transfers within education programs, including study abroad, and the development of high-quality advanced academic programs; and cooperation in scientific research and the organization of conferences and seminars in areas of expertise where both institutions have strengths.
The cooperation agreement creates many new opportunities for faculty, staff, and students at both universities within a dynamic, creative, and modern learning environment, facilitating their development and the enrichment of their knowledge and experience toward sustainable cooperation.
