On behalf of the University leadership, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong expressed gratitude for the participation of delegates from government agencies, organizations, businesses, as well as scientists, experts, and lecturers. He emphasized that the collaboration of stakeholders is crucial in developing academic programs that are practical and meet the demands of the labor market.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong, throughout its 70 years of establishment and development, the National Economics University has consistently adhered to its mission of training high-quality human resources for society. The University has been actively innovating in the construction, organization, and management of its curriculum, while also enhancing cooperation with agencies, organizations, and businesses to improve the quality of education.
In the context of rapidly advancing science and technology, which has a profound impact on many industries, especially the real estate sector, the development of academic programs needs to be approached from an interdisciplinary perspective. Today’s real estate field extends beyond individual projects to develop as an ecosystem, requiring human resources equipped with multidisciplinary knowledge such as finance, investment, management, and related services.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong also emphasized the need to review and update the curriculum based on three pillars: knowledge, skills, and autonomy and responsibility. In particular, it is necessary to adjust skills to align with the increasing integration of technology into professional activities, while enhancing skills in technology, foreign languages, and soft skills.
In addition, it is essential to continue innovating teaching methods and organizing training in a modern direction, enhancing practical training forms such as project-based learning, simulations, and closely integrating theory with practice; at the same time, strengthening the involvement of businesses and management agencies throughout the entire training process.
Another important aspect raised is enhancing the capacity of the faculty members by referencing international academic programs, thereby developing appropriate training and development plans to meet the requirements of high-quality programs.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong expressed confidence that with the active participation of experts, managers, and businesses, the seminar will achieve many practical results, contributing to the development of a high-quality academic program in real estate business, meeting the development requirements in the new phase.

This is one of the important steps contributing to the realization of the multi-disciplinary and multi-field training development orientation, meeting the demand for high-quality human resources for the sustainable development of the economy.
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution significantly impacting the structure of the economy, the real estate sector is also undergoing profound shifts from traditional models to an integrated ecosystem of finance, investment, technology, and modern management. Delegates exchanged and discussed at the seminar
At the Seminar, representatives from government agencies, professional associations, businesses, and experts focused on exchanging and contributing ideas to refine the academic programs. There was a consensus on the need to enhance the practical aspects of the curriculum, promptly update market development trends, particularly in areas related to real estate finance, digital transformation, and real estate ecosystem management.
In addition, strengthening the involvement of businesses in the training process is identified as a key factor, from curriculum development, teaching organization, to creating internship and practical experience opportunities for students.
