Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, President of NEU, delivers remarks.
Speaking at the program, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong thanked Viettel IDC for its active support for NEU from the earliest days of the project. Prof. Pham Hong Chuong shared that NEU’s digital transformation was in a development phase. Alongside the implementation of the smart university model, the CyberWork project with integrated digital signatures represents a further major step in the University’s overall digital transformation, enabling all activities and work management processes to be digitized in cyberspace, thereby making work management and execution more efficient and easier.
The President expressed confidence that Viettel IDC would provide an environment for students of NEU’s College of Technology to gain practical experience and develop, and that NEU would also serve as an important source of human resources for Viettel IDC through cooperation between the two institutions in the coming period.

A representative of Viettel IDC introduces and presents an overview of the work management software project with integrated digital signatures at NEU
Digital transformation is a long journey that requires a step-by-step approach and a clear roadmap to ensure that technology and people are continually “improved” in tandem to achieve optimal efficiency. Viettel CyberWork is a solution for process automation, work management, and the digitization and optimization of document repositories, with a simple interface on a single platform that allows remote use over the internet.
Accordingly, once implemented, the work management software project with integrated digital signatures at NEU will focus on addressing four key issues that most units may encounter in their management: system administration, process management, work management, and document repository management. Viettel CyberWork enables units using it for work management to digitize all processes and procedures, standardize and manage them rigorously, track and monitor work in greater detail, make adjustments suited to each unit’s activities, and accurately assess the work performance of each department and individual. In addition, Viettel CyberWork provides shared, safe, and secure storage that allows personnel and departments to share and access information easily according to predefined access permissions.
