With a philosophy focused on practical solutions, problem-solving skills, and business strategy development, the program equips students with the knowledge and tools to address practical production and business challenges as effectively as possible. It helps master’s students not only become the best versions of themselves but also contribute more to businesses and to life beyond work.

On behalf of the University leadership, Assoc. Prof. Bui Huy Nhuong, Vice President of NEU, also thanked the master’s students for placing their trust in and choosing the PGSM master’s program. “Given the program’s strengths, I believe you have made a wise choice. Combined with the modern, up-to-date knowledge you have gained, this will provide a solid foundation for greater confidence as you build your careers, particularly in today’s era of Industry 4.0 technologies, AI, and global competition. I hope and trust that you will continue to succeed and achieve even greater success on the journey ahead.”

Assoc. Prof. Bui Huy Nhuong also expressed his confidence that cooperation between NEU and PGSM has considerable potential for further development in education and scientific research. He wished for their partnership to continue to grow, contributing to the development of both institutions as well as the strong diplomatic relations between Vietnam and France.

Marine Bruder, Director of University Projects at the French Embassy in Vietnam, speaks at the ceremony.

On behalf of the French Embassy in Vietnam, Marine Bruder congratulated the new master’s graduates attending the day’s graduation ceremony. She noted that, over more than five decades since the establishment of diplomatic relations and more than a decade since the relationship was elevated to a Strategic Partnership, the friendship and strong cooperation between Vietnam and France have grown increasingly close and substantive, with comprehensive, diverse, and effective cooperation across all fields, particularly education and training. Marine Bruder also emphasized that France has always considered education and training a priority in its cooperation with Vietnam, focusing primarily on French language teaching and development and undergraduate and postgraduate human resource training in various fields, including economic management, banking, finance, law, and new technologies.

Every year, France proudly welcomes more than 2,000 Vietnamese students seeking to experience French culture and the best of France and to give themselves the best opportunities for future success. We therefore offer higher education scholarships each year to help them realize their dreams and determine their career paths. Recently, the French Embassy has also worked closely with Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training and the French Ministry of Education, Training and Research to secure recognition in Vietnam for students’ MBA-ESGCI (Paris Graduate School of Management) degrees.

Addressing the new master’s graduates, Marine Bruder emphasized: “As you receive your International Executive Master of Business Administration degrees, you have every right to be proud of your achievements over the past years. The end of one journey also opens a beautiful new path. After receiving your PGSM master’s degrees awarded by the Paris Graduate School of Management, you will become alumni of France. As a representative of the French Embassy in Vietnam, I warmly welcome you to a community of more than 8,000 members who will accompany you and offer the advice you need to succeed. The French alumni community in Vietnam and UAVF will always be by your side, and I look forward to seeing you again soon at our networking events and galas. I am certain that this graduation ceremony will be followed by many promising new opportunities—opportunities for career advancement. Congratulations, and all the best for the next stage of your journey!”
