DESCRIPTION:Is creativity a process or a moment? \nAccording to Professor Nancy Napier\, for individuals\, the “aha!” moment when a new idea arises – an “Aha! Moment” – cannot come from nothing\, from nothing to something\, but from a process of thinking\, pondering about a topic or phenomenon. The accumulation of information and reasoning of the cerebral cortex cells\, one day leads to a flow of electrical impulses\, when those separate accumulation points suddenly connect with each other and “Aha!” – a new solution\, method\, way of thinking is born.   \nA process leads to a moment. That is individual creativity. For the organization\, a moment leads to a process\, because individual creativity\, if effectively promoted\, will bring about innovation within the organization.
