The program aimed to strengthen leadership and management competencies among students enrolled in distance education.

During the program, speakers addressed practical topics such as “Who are you?”, “What do you want to become in the future?”, and “What do you need to do to develop yourself and your career?” They also introduced the situational leadership model and five levels of personal competency development.

The program not only connected students across cohorts and classes but also provided opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and practical experience through direct interaction with experts and businesses. It offered guidance and support for students in developing soft skills and preparing for their studies and entrepreneurial endeavors; helped participants share and connect business ideas, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit grounded in practice; and strengthened class management skills among class representatives, contributing to stability in enrollment and the quality of education.

This meaningful activity demonstrated NEU’s commitment to supporting students throughout their career development journeys and affirmed its pioneering role in higher education innovation.
