As the world shifts toward sustainable development and responsible business practices, many countries, including Vietnam, have taken positive steps to embrace goals related to ESG (environmental, social, and governance). Increasing numbers of Vietnamese businesses have actively engaged in efforts to reduce carbon and waste, as well as activities demonstrating responsibility toward the community, as part of ESG criteria. Proper implementation of ESG criteria helps businesses achieve green, sustainable development.
However, businesses still face many difficulties in integrating and incorporating these criteria into their development. How can these barriers be removed to create favorable conditions for effective ESG implementation? This will be the main focus of our Cop26 program today.
