– Information and education commissions at all levels shall proactively coordinate with relevant agencies to advise Party committees at the same level on organizing inspections and supervision of science and education affairs, based on the programs and plans for implementing key tasks issued by the Party committees and the plans for interim and final reviews of the Party’s Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions on science and education affairs.

– Inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Party’s Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions on science and education affairs shall focus on raising awareness, updating implementation methods, and addressing difficulties, obstacles, and pressing issues of public concern.

– Advising Party committees at all levels on inspecting and supervising task implementation and political, ideological, and ethical Party building in the work of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and mass associations in science and education established and assigned tasks by the Party and the State at the central and local levels.
