Speaking after the event, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc, Dean of the Institute of Advanced, High-Quality and POHE Programs, said that NEU offers high-quality programs in 18 fields of study. All high-quality programs currently hold quality accreditation. In 2024, the University plans to develop an additional high-quality academic program leading to a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and integrating ANZIIF certification. Under this program, most courses will be taught in English, while specialized courses incorporating ANZIIF course content will be taught 100% in English.

Dr. Vu Van Ngoc also noted that the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Higher Education had granted autonomy to universities. Therefore, higher education institutions, including NEU, will continue to strengthen and develop high-quality programs. After Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) took effect, NEU issued its Regulations on Undergraduate Education, including provisions relating to high-quality programs. These regulations apply from 2024.
