Speaking at the opening session, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong shared that, with a learner-centered approach, NEU consistently focuses on developing academic programs that align with labor market needs and meet employers’ requirements by equipping students with relevant knowledge and skills and the capacity for self-directed learning to continue developing themselves in domestic and international work environments. It also further expanded benefits for learners, including credit recognition and transfer, applications for admission to higher-level programs at leading, renowned universities worldwide, and employment opportunities in developed countries.
The President also expressed his hope for important recommendations from FIBAA’s expert panels to help NEU continue improving and enhancing the quality of its academic programs, thereby affirming the quality of its teaching, learning, and research.
