On June 26, 2024, a delegation of faculty and staff from Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, China, led by WU Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee, visited and met with National Economics University (NEU).

At the meeting, leadership representatives of the two institutions reviewed and assessed the positive results of their cooperation since 2007. During this period, more than 400 students from Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, China, have studied at NEU through student exchange and joint training programs between the two universities.

Building on their relationship and the successes achieved to date, the leaders of both institutions agreed on several important matters. The two sides will move promptly toward signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the coming period, covering four main areas: (i) cooperation in training between the two universities, (ii) student exchanges, (iii) teacher exchanges, and (iv) cooperation in scientific research. They will also continue the student exchange program, sending students from the two universities to China and Vietnam to study and gain experience.
