NEU envisions becoming a multidisciplinary, multi-field, research-oriented university ranked among Vietnam’s top five universities and Asia’s top 100 universities in economics, management, and business administration under international ranking standards. One of its first strategies toward this vision was to develop and transition to a three-tier university organizational model. Based on this goal, NEU developed a proposal to establish constituent colleges, promptly sought feedback from all University staff and employees to finalize the proposal, and issued resolutions establishing the three colleges.
