On November 2, 2025, more than 550 students from Tran Hung Dao A High School, Ninh Binh Province, enthusiastically participated in the “A Day as a National Economics University Student” experience program. Representing National Economics University (NEU) were Dr. Vu Trong Nghia, Head of the Department of Communications; MSc. Tran Quy Long, Deputy Head of the Department of Communications; Dr. Le Thi Huong Lan, in charge of the Cooperation and Development Division, Institute of International Education; along with representatives of the University’s unit leaders, faculty and staff, and students.

On behalf of NEU’s educators, Dr. Vu Trong Nghia, Head of the Department of Communications, warmly welcomed the teachers, parents, and students of Tran Hung Dao A High School, Ninh Binh Province, who came to visit and take part in the “A Day as a National Economics University Student” experience program.

Dr. Vu Trong Nghia emphasized that, over nearly 70 years of growth and development, NEU has consistently maintained its position as one of Vietnam’s largest centers for training and professional development for economic managers and business administrators. Throughout its history, NEU has educated many national leaders and talented business executives, making significant contributions to the country’s development during the period of international integration.

Dr. Vu Trong Nghia also noted that NEU always creates favorable conditions for high school students to participate directly in career guidance and social activities to begin developing their abilities and career interests. He also expressed his hope that, following the day’s visit and experiences at NEU, the students would work even harder to achieve the best academic results, and that he would see them again at the start of the upcoming academic year.

As part of the program, the students toured the campus, experienced the learning spaces in lecture halls, and visited the Pham Van Dong Library and the World Bank-funded electronic Library shared by 45 universities in Vietnam. In particular, they immersed themselves in the learning environment of NEU students and experienced firsthand a dynamic, creative, and inspiring university environment that has supported, and continues to support, generations of young intellectuals on their journey to realize their dreams.
