On behalf of the University’s leadership, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong congratulated the 144 new learners and 102 new master’s graduates of the Executive MBA Program on their achievements, of which they could be very proud.
Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong emphasized that “Creating smart pathways for each person to become the best version of themselves and bring value to the community” is NEU’s educational philosophy and the guiding principle for all its activities. Over nearly 70 years of establishment and development, particularly its 47 years of postgraduate education, NEU has become a place that nurtures passion, inspires creativity, and unlocks learners’ potential, helping them establish themselves both domestically and internationally. With its pioneering position in economics, management, and business administration, the University has played an important role in providing the country with outstanding managers, experts, and entrepreneurs who contribute to its development and prosperity.
According to Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, the Executive MBA Program is a special course for future leaders of organizations and businesses. The highly practical program focuses on developing problem-solving mindsets and leadership skills, helping managers not only improve their decision-making abilities but also develop long-term visions and strategies. Throughout the course, learners have opportunities to apply theory to practice, gain experience, and develop skills in real business environments, thereby helping create breakthroughs and distinctive value for their organizations and businesses.
The President of NEU noted that the global, regional, and domestic contexts are currently marked by considerable volatility and change. Digital transformation and the impact of technology on work and the business environment pose countless challenges for all businesses and organizations. NEU itself has also made changes to its education to adapt to the new situation, placing greater demands on learners. “You have faced considerable pressure in examinations and throughout your studies, but you have overcome it all. We believe that your past two to three years at NEU have been a valuable experience,” said Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong. He also emphasized that, after completing the course, the new master’s graduates have opportunities to apply all their knowledge and skills to solving practical problems, as well as to connect with and become members of NEU’s growing network of undergraduate and postgraduate alumni.

Speaking on behalf of the new master’s graduates, MSc. Dao Ngoc Duan of Business Leadership Class B, Cohort 10, shared that, as employees of agencies and businesses, he and all his fellow learners had made an effort to set aside time for study and research so that they could both successfully complete the program and fulfill their duties at work. The learners gained a wealth of up-to-date, highly practical knowledge from leading universities around the world through reputable, dedicated, and highly qualified lecturers at NEU. They could then immediately apply this knowledge effectively and practically to management and operations at their workplaces.
“The course is not only a testament to the learners’ determination but also demonstrates the strength of NEU’s Executive MBA Program in helping learners become stronger, not only in leadership and management but also in facing unforeseen difficulties. This is the lasting value the program delivers, helping learners succeed in their careers and become steadfast leaders in any circumstances,” said MSc. Dao Ngoc Duan.
The new master’s graduate also noted that, in the Executive MBA Program, learners participated in valuable study programs, seminars, and Fieldtrip activities at agencies and businesses in Vietnam and abroad. These activities helped learners build closer bonds and establish strong relationships with classmates who are outstanding CEOs, entrepreneurs, and senior executives across many fields, while connecting more closely with their teachers—lecturers and experts with extensive industry experience. “I believe this is one of the greatest values that the Executive MBA Program offers,” shared MSc. Dao Ngoc Duan.
